Rodeo Communications, Inc. sells and services products from Mitel and is proud to be a Mitel Gold Solution Provider. Currently, we recommend the Mitel SX-200 IP Communications Platform (ICP) and 3300 ICP platforms for our hospitality customers.  We also sell and service all the individual components of a system, such as phones, consoles, and circuit boards.

The SX-200 ICP is the platform of choice for small to medium-sized hotels. It provides the reliability and comprehensive features of a PBX, the ease of use and cost effectiveness of a key system, and the productivity-enhancing applications and networking efficiency of IP*. This system provides continual improvement in customer service and employee productivity, and reduces the cost of doing business.

For medium to large hotels and resorts, the 3300 ICP is an IP-PBX that provides robust call control, extensive features, and supports a wide range of desktop devices and applications. It facilitates business-wide communication and collaboration, enhances workforce mobility, improves client service and contact management, provides tools to manage communication overload, and reduces total cost of ownership.
